Refund Policy
At our store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to make an exchange, we offer the option of replacing your item with another piece , but we do not provide cash refunds .
Conditions for changes:
- Changes must be requested within 3 days of purchase .
- The garment must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with its labels attached .
- Exchanges are not accepted on sale items, underwear or accessories for hygiene reasons.
- For online purchases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of exchanges.
How to make a change:

- Our team will review the request and provide you with instructions for the change.
- Once the item has been received and approved, you can choose another item of equal or greater value (paying the difference if applicable).
We reserve the right to reject changes that do not comply with our policies.
